My name is Chloe and I recently became a licensed real estate agent, a passion that I decided to pursue during the pandemic. Purchasing my first home 11 years ago when I was 23 years old and taking advantage of the first-time homebuyer’s tax credit, gave me a sense of pride and economic stability. I’ve since purchased a second home and throughout that time, have used my personal knowledge of home buying and selling to help my friends and family make informed decisions on their real estate investment.
COVID-19’s disruption to the hospitality industry in Las Vegas presented an opportunity for me to pursue my real estate license. I’ve spent a majority of my professional career in Hospitality Management. After graduating from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, I spent time opening numerous hotels across the country, including Honolulu, Hawaii. It is this level of excellence and energy that I am bringing to the Real Estate market, giving each client a unique, professional and positive home buying and/or selling experience.
I grew up in Green Valley, a suburb of Henderson, Nevada, when the 215 Hwy did not exist. Las Vegas continues to grow exponentially and despite a devastating year fighting the coronavirus, the housing market remains vibrant and competitive. With rising home values and low interest rates, it is a great time to consider buying or selling a home.
If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Las Vegas valley I would love the opportunity to earn your business.
